Hello, I’m Melih Çırakman.

I was born on April 14, 1996, in Bursa, Turkey. I began my education there and graduated with honors from Bursa Anatolian High School in 2014. That same year, I began my studies at the Faculty of Dentistry at Marmara University in Istanbul.

After graduating, I focused my professional career on digital orthodontics and clinical education. I worked for nearly three and a half years at Align Technology Turkey, first as a Clinical Specialist and later as a Senior Field Clinical Specialist. During this time, I provided clinical support to private practices, dental service organizations, and universities by delivering hundreds of training sessions, planning thousands of clear aligner cases, and collaborating with hundreds of orthodontists. I developed training programs designed to help doctors seamlessly adapt to digital workflows and contributed to strategic projects in close collaboration with various institutions.

In 2025, I completed my MBA at Bahçeşehir University, enhancing my technical expertise in healthcare with skills in management, marketing, leadership, and strategic planning. My thesis focused on "The Role of Authentic Leadership in Enhancing Team Collaboration Among Dental Healthcare Practitioners."

Currently, I continue to offer digital orthodontic treatment planning and clinical education support through my own platform, Dream On Solutions. At Dream On Solutions, we believe the future of orthodontics lies in precision, speed, and digitalization. We empower doctors with reliable, evidence- based, data-driven, and personalized clear aligner planning. More than just a treatment planning service, we bring clinical insight, consistency, and digital excellence through a multidisciplinary approach.
